The Villa Rose & Saffron Estate is a wonderful, exclusive, hillside estate nestled in the hills above Toscolano Maderno. Thanks to its location, it offers some of the most spectacular, panoramic views over Lake Garda and is surrounded by ancient olive trees and beautifully landscaped gardens.
The quaint hamlet of Gaino is just a few minutes walk away and has a lovely traditional restaurant offering some great local dishes and an impressive wine menu.
The estate provides accommodation for up to 18 guests across two beautiful adjoining villas, Villa Juliet Rose, sleeping up to 8 and Villa Saffron, sleeping up to 10.
Both villas boast luxury interiors and breathtaking views over the lake. The Juliet Rose sleeps 6 guests over three elegant double suites and Villa Saffron sleeps 8 guests over four double rooms. All the bedrooms are en-suite and both villas can accommodate a further two single beds each, on request.
Built facing the lake, the villas have wonderful living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchens.
The villas are both air conditioned and Juliet Rose features a stunning wellness area, overlooking the garden. This is complete with a Finnish sauna, shower and a hydromassage tub set in the stonework of the villa.
Both villas have an outdoor jacuzzi and private swimming pools. The gardens take full advantage of the beautiful scenery and wonderful views of Lake Garda; with fabulous flower beds, immaculately kept lawns and not to mention the ancient olive trees that still produce a wonderful DOP extra virgin olive oil…certainly worth a taste.

Good to Know
You’ll have a wonderful welcome hamper waiting for you on arrival and every morning, fresh bread and croissants are delivered to the villa. (Note that this excludes Sunday’s during the low and mid season)
You receive an iPad at the beginning of your stay which contains a personalised app of the villa with tips, useful info and lots more to really help you make the most of your stay.
The villas are equipped with air conditioning and there is WIFI throughout.
The outdoor jacuzzi at Villa Saffron is not available during the low season.
At full capacity, four guests will be occupying single beds added across four bedrooms.
The two homes are equipped to the maximum occupancy of each home. To accommodate a dinner for all 18 guests, furniture within the home will need to be rearranged and sufficient tables and chairs prepared. This is provided by the villa staff at an additional cost.

Location
The Villa Rose Estate is an exclusive hillside villa and is around 3km away from the town of Toscolano Maderno. The hamlet of Gaino is a short walk away and does have a great restaurant but you will need a vehicle here. There is parking within the villa grounds.
There is a helicopter service available for stays at this villa – it’s the ultimate sightseeing experience and a wonderful way to travel from the airport. The helicopter can land in the garden of the villa and car hire can be arranged for you to collect directly when you arrive.
The Villa Rose Estate is located on the south west coast of Lake Garda above the town of Toscolano Maderno. It is a great base for exploring Lake Garda and ferries leave the port here regularly, making for a great way to visit other towns around the lake. There is the car ferry too which is a lovely alternative to reach the east coast of Lake Garda.
Private boat tours and boat rental is available.
The Villa Rose Estate is just over a 1 hour drive from both Milan Bergamo and Verona airports.

Fabulous! A 5*+accommodation! Views are breathtaking, location is fantastic! Corrado answered every wish and more! Always available he made this vacation flawless! Worth every penny

We had the privilege of renting this home for three weeks. The property is beautiful! The rooms were just lovely and It was great having a full sized kitchen with a dishwasher (unusual for Italy) The other positive was the air conditioning. Garda can be warm and being from Texas, we love our AC! Every day we had fresh croissants and rolls delivered. Our guests also enjoyed the two pools, whirlpools and sauna. I also must give Kudos to the property manager, Corrado. There were a few small issues that came up that was addressed immediately. He was always available if we had questions and made sure that our stay was everything we hoped it to be. . The view was magnificent at any time of day but my favorite was when the lights started to twinkle around the lake

We were a group of 8 friends and stayed for 4 nights, and it was absolutely amazing!
We really enjoyed the heated pool, and cooking meals together in the large, well-equipped kitchen.
The breathtaking views of Lake Garda from the property added a magical touch to our stay 🙂
The villa had everything we needed for a perfect getaway.

The size of the property….the peace…. the view…. more is not possible 🙂 In the morning there were fresh rolls and croissants…. the only thing (maybe) could have been better was the bread roll selection :)… We like to eat wholemeal and it was white bread every day…. But on holiday you can live with that 😉 And especially to emphasize is Corrado our Villa Host…. He did everything, really everything for us…. from the reservations, recommendations, boat tours etc… to a surprise in its turn with birthday cake and candles (we had a birthday girl with us) we knew nothing about. A really friendly and helpful person…. THANK YOU for everything
